Educational History

Mr. Gonzales was born and raised in Southern California. After graduating from Newbury Park High School, he went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). After serving as an intern with the Anti-Trust Division of the California State Attorney Generals Office. Mr. Gonzales went on to receive his law degree from the University of Utah.


Career Path

Mr. Gonzales was employed as a Law Clerk for the Clark County District Attorney’s Office from 1979 to 1980 and was admitted to practice law in the State of Nevada on October 2, 1981. He was a practicing member of the State Bar while employed in the Clark County Public Defenders Office from 1981 to 1984. Mr. Gonzales is also admitted to practice in the State Federal District Court of Nevada and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.


Current Practice

From January, 1984 to the present, Mr. Gonzales has been employed in the private practice of law. His primary emphasis is Criminal Law and Immigration Law. Mr. Gonzales is also a member of theAmerican Immigration Lawyers Association and Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice.



Ms. Fuhriman grew up in Idaho and attended Idaho State University where she earned a Bachelor Degree in Political Science in 2009. In 2013, Ms Fuhriman received her Juris Doctor, (Magna Cum Laude) from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where she graduated in the top 3% of her class. While in law school, Ms Fuhriman received two certificate of merit awards for earning the highest grades in her class in Personal and Professional Responsibility and Death Penalty Seminar. While attending law school, Ms. Fuhriman worked as a Law Clerk for the Washtenaw County Public Defender´s Office in Ann Arbor, Michigan and the Clark County Public Defender´s Office in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ms. Fuhriman is licensed in all State and Federal Courts in Nevada and admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court in Las Vegas, Nevada and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Since joining the firm in 2013, Ms. Fuhriman has successfully represented clients in Criminal, Immigration, Personal Injury and Family Law matters. Ms. Fuhriman has successfully represented clients on appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals and successfully argued cases in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, California.
