Mr. Gonzales is a solo practitioner engaged in the private practice of law in Nevada for the past 33 years; primarily in the areas of Criminal Law, Immigration Law, Family Law and Personal Injury.

Mr. Gonzales has maintained his practice in the same downtown office in the City of Las Vegas since 1985. The office is within one block of the State and Federal District Courts, the Justice and Municipal Courts, and the Clark County Detention Center. His practice, however, extends to easily accessible but more remote areas of the city; including the Family District Court located on Pecos and Bonanza, and the Immigration Court located at Pepper Lane and Pecos.

Mr. Gonzales is a seasoned and experienced trial attorney who has tried diverse cases ranging from murder to medical malpractice. Historically, he has appeared in many remote, rural areas of the State of Nevada and has successfully argued cases in the Nevada Supreme Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Gonzales prides himself on the personal attention given to his clients through rigorous preparation and a firm and complete understanding of the law and facts of the particular case. He is candid in assessing the strengths and weaknesses of his client’s cases and establishing reasonable expectations; which is invaluable in assuring that clients’ expectations are not overly inflated and unrealistic, and that appropriate decisions are made by the client to ensure a successful outcome. Mr. Gonzales is experienced, innovative, and energetic. He thoroughly enjoys the challenge that the many varied legal issues in his diverse practice of law present.

“Xavier you are a life-saver! I made some serious mistakes that put my citizenship in jeopardy. I love America and I was about to be deported back to Poland. I didn’t know what to do. Thank God a good friend of mine recommended Xavier Gonzales as being one of the best Immigration and Criminal lawyers in Las Vegas.

My chances of getting a Green Card were next to impossible. After a few meetings with Xavier, he felt confident he could help me. I can honestly say after talking with him I had hope that everything would turn out ok.

It wasn’t an easy road, but I knew Xavier was on top of it all and he knew what to do because of his success with similar cases.

I’m happy to say I have my Green Card now and my life hasn’t been the same. I’m so grateful for this second chance. Life is great!

Thank you Xavier,”
